Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReelsFest and its services("ReelsFest") provided by ReelsFest ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using ReelsFest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReelsFest.
1. Use of ReelsFest
ReelsFest allows you to view third party content such as Instagram Reels in an overlay window on top of other applications and games.
You agree to use ReelsFest only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your use of ReelsFest and any content you access through it.
2. Permissions
ReelsFest requires a sophisticated set of Windows API function calls to overlay itself on other applications and games that typically don't expect such behaviour.
Some games with anti cheat and DRM(Digital Rights Management) technologies may prevent ReelsFest from working, some may even ban, suspend or revoke access from your in-game account, by mistaking ReelsFest as an attempt at tampering with the anti cheat and DRM technologies.
Use of ReelsFest with games that have anti cheat and DRM technologies is strongly discouraged, do it at your own risk
We do not remotely access or control your accounts or credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content accessed through ReelsFest are the property of their respective owners (e.g., Instagram and other content providers). ReelsFest does not claim ownership of third-party content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content you do not own unless you have explicit permission.
The ReelsFest application, brand, and associated assets are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of ReelsFest.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using ReelsFest, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use ReelsFest for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of ReelsFest.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of ReelsFest.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ReelsFest at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReelsFest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that ReelsFest will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Use of ReelsFest is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelsFest and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use ReelsFest.
Our total liability to you for any claims relating to ReelsFest shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using ReelsFest.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within ReelsFest or update the date on this page.
Your continued use of ReelsFest after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using ReelsFest at any time by completely uninstalling ReelsFest from your system. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ReelsFest at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of ReelsFest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where lockie.dev is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
